Daya Bersih Sdn Bhd (639669-P) (DAYABERSIH) –  An Integrated Facilities Management Services (IFMS) company; a wholly owned subsidiary of IIUM Holdings Sdn Bhd was established in 2004 to undertake the function of Operation and Maintenance of the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). DAYABERSIH has been entrusted to lead the new concept of out-sourcing on higher learning institution facility management. We offer to our client a single point of contact of all the traditional technical and non-technical management tasks for facilities and event management solutions. The presence of DAYABERSIH in the local Integrated Facilities Management industry will enable other large scale academic facilities to tap the experience and engage DAYABERSIH as the partner to privatize the non-academic activity within the organization. This out-sourcing concept will enable without much concern on the quality of service delivery to the end-users. DAYABERSIH which celebrated its 14th anniversary of establishment in 2018, has embarked on a remarkable journey during the tough year of 2018. DAYABERSIH is establishing its own branding beyond IIUM, focusing on shariah compliance and green technology as its niche. We offer to our clients a unique single point contact which includes the traditional technical and non-technical management tasks by using technology enabled innovations so as in achieving quality and productivity. We monitors the facilities and work performance through a specially designed Computerized Maintenance Management Services (CMMS) that is accessible from any location, 24 hours a day. The maintenance requirement, activities, schedules, histories and performance for all facilities are contained within the CMMS. In addition, our service delivery model is based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) and constantly measured by the Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The scopes of services are customization to fit better with the client’s requirements. We offer high-quality services and cost-effective work flows through seamless integration of work forces, processes and systems.
