Datuk Hashim was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors for DBSB on 21st October 2022. He has nearly 40 years of experience in oil and gas, corporate planning and development, and property management with the Petronas Group of Companies.
Tan Sri Mhd. Amin Nordin Bin Abd Aziz
Director
Tan Sri Mhd. Amin was named as the Director of DBSB on 15th February 2021. He was the Director-General of Kuala Lumpur City Hall and the mayor of Kuala Lumpur from 2015 to 2018.
Dato’ Sri Shaharuddin Bin Khalid
Director
Dato’ Sri Shaharudin was inducted to the BOD of DBSB on the 21st October 2022. Dato Sri Shaharuddin has 40 years of corporate experience mostly in the Malaysian Anticorruption Commission (MACC). Dato Sri Shaharuddin’s last position in the Government sector was as a Director General, at the Road Transport Department of Malaysia.
Puan Nuraini Binti Ismail
Director
Puan Nuraini Binti Ismail, an ACCA Fellow, joined Daya Bersih San Bhd on 13 February 2024 as a Director. With a vast background spanning oil & gas, education and banking, she held pivotal roles at Petronas for nearly three decades, notably as VP of Treasury, overseeing diverse functions and serving on numerous boards.
En. Mohamad Nasir Bin Kama
Director
En. Mohamad Nasir was named as a Director of DBSB on 1st September 2020. He is the Finance Director at IIUM Finance Division. A Chartered Accountant and member of MIA, he spearheaded the energy efficiency and saving project in IIUM.
